He became a consultant in 2011, focusing on performance increase in product development. During his dual program of study in industrial engineering in Mannheim, Martin had already worked for a couple of years in different positions for General Electrics. joined CO-Improve in 2019 as a junior consultant after completing her cultural studies course. During her studies, she dealt with agile product development in companies. Simultaneously, she extended her theoretical knowledge as a working student at the VW subsidiary MAN Truck and Bus, supporting agile corporate development as part of the transition team. She took part in the implementation of a transformation strategy as well as communication and change campaigns. At CO-Improve she is primarily responsible for coaching agile working methods, consulting and the development of corporate and organisational cultures.
